Please be advised that Saturday’s (October 1st) class will begin earlier than usual at 7:45am and will run 45 minutes. This is being done to help accommodate our neighbours next door who are hosting a Cross Fit competition. Please note, this is a one time change. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The weather this weekend is currently being forecasted as a wet one, so we are anticipating a busier weekend at the studio then previous weeks. Given this, please be sure to sign in to Mind Body Connect at your earliest convenience to ensure there is a bike for you.
As many of your know, last week Food for Life and Partnership West Foodbank hosted their event “Ride to Provide” at our studio. The event saw over 70 participants and raised over $50,000 to help fight hunger in our community! We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of the WTIC riders who helped organize, participated and/or donated in order to help make this event a success. Thank you!
As the cooler weather slowly makes it way, most of the outdoor riders will sadly be hanging their bikes for the winter. Don’t fret! The studio is open and we are excited to see you all once the season comes to an end. In the mean time, please ride safe! Those fallen leaves tend to be slick and slippery.
