WTIC will be hosting a very special charity event in support of Ian Anderson House; a 6 bed residential hospice in Oakville. The hospice provides a home like setting for people with terminal cancer who can no longer receive care in their own home. Ian Anderson House provides 24 hour care, free of charge to families in the Halton region and is run solely on the support of it’s local communities. They focus on quality of life with an emphasis on maintaining the independence and respecting the dignity of their residents.

With your help, WTIC would like to support Ian Anderson House and their efforts.  On May 28 2016  we will be hosting a “Pedal for Palliative Care” charity ride. A one hour ride will be held at the studio at 9:30am.  There is no minimum donations, every little bit helps!!! Every donation over $15 dollars is eligible for a tax receipt and every rider will receive a WTIC event t-shirt . You can register for this event by emailing info@worldtourindoorcycling.com and donations can be made at the studio. If there is enough interest, a second ride will be added to accommodate the demand.

Whether directly or indirectly, cancer affects all of us!!  Having
lost my mother to cancer I know this first hand. Ian Anderson House offers palliative care without charge and relays sourly on our donations. I am asking for your help to make this event a great success. Every dollar you donate goes to the care of an individual with a terminal illness. Register for the event, donate, spread the word, or create awareness. Anyway you can help this effort, helps a palliative patient in our region.

I know together we can make this event a success!
